ACTIVITIES AND FUNCTIONS OF GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The General Services Department was created by OHCSF via Circular Ref. No. HCSF/CMO/EM/243/17 dated 11th March, 2014. The Department is made up of two divisions namely:


  1. Maintenance Division: Maintenance Services; Facility Management; Plant and Equipment Management; and Office Allocation.
  2. General Services Division: Transport; Utility Services; Store Management; and Security.

    Functions of the Department:
  • Allocation of Office Accommodation;
  • Maintenance of Offices, Equipment and Machinery;
  • Transportation Service;
  • Store Management;
  • Cleaning and Fumigation Services;
  • Utility Service;
  • Security service; and
  • Office Furniture and Equipment;
