Aminu Aliyu Bisalla was born on the 23rd July, 1959. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business management and Master of Business Administration from University of Sokoto and Bayero University, Kano respectively.
His working career traversed both the private and public sector. He started as a Lecturer/Head of Business Education Department at Niger State College of Education, Minna before moving to the Banking Sector in 1998 where he rose to the position of manager. He joined the Public Service as Chief Accountant in the year 2000, culminating in his appointment in September 2014 as Permanent Secretary. He had a stint at the Police Service Commission and Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment before currently deployed to the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs in January 2018.
He is a recipient of many community, National and International award prominent among which is the prestigious National Productivity Order of Merit Award (NPOM) from the President His Excellency Muhammadu Buhari in year 2017.
Aminu Aliyu Bisalla is a member of many reputable professional associations, which include: NIB, AMA, NIM, CITN and ANAN.
He plays basketball and Table tennis and is happily married with children.
